Dear Guests!
To ensure that your time at our accommodation is pleasant and your rest is undisturbed, we kindly asked you to familiarize yourself with our house rules.
By using our accommodation, you acknowledge and accept these rules and agree to abide by them, taking responsibilities for any damages caused by non-compliance.
All the guests at the guesthouse are required to follow these rules. Any violation makes result in an immediate obligation to leave. To maintain cleanliness and order, we kindly ask the guests refrain from activities that they would not perform in their own homes.
Check-in /Check-out

- Check-in starts at 14:00 on the day of arrivalCheck-out is required by 10:00 on the day of departure
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but it requires prior agreement
Upon check-in, guests must present personal identification for required reporting to VIZA and NTAK (Hungarian authorities) notification.
Guests only use the accommodation with the previously agreed-upon number of people. Visitors are only allowed with the knowledge and consent of the host.
If guests decide to end their stay earlier, a refund cannot be provided.
Upon departure, please kindly return the received keys without any missing items! If the keys are lost, the cost of changing the locks will be charged to the guest.
Payment
The accommodation fee is to be paid upon arrival. The following payment methods are available at the accommodation (e.g. cash, card, transfer, SZÉP card)
Use of rooms/ furnishings
Please use the furnishings according to their intended purpose! It is prohibited to remove any furnishings or supplies from the rooms, including towels, blankets, bedding etc.
Furniture may only be rearranged with the owner's permission.
We respectfully asked at you do not apply insect repellent or similar products to the wall surfaces.
Upon leaving the room, please ensure that the air conditioning, lights and water taps are turned off.
Upon arrival and departure, we will inspect the rooms. In the event of any damages caused, we will resolve the matter with the guest on-site.
If you notice any malfunction, please report it to us immediately using the contact details provided below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints after the fact.
Meals

The rooms on the upper floor are equipped with kitchenettes, while the apartment and rooms in the green building have fully equipped kitchens. Please do not place any metal objects in the microwave.
During the summer school holiday, breakfast can also be requested. The timing must be arranged in advance with the guest.
Cleaning/Waste Management
Rooms are handed over to guests clean. If there are any issues with cleanliness, please report them to us via the provided phone number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints afterward.
For stays longer than 3 days, guests can request a charge of bed linen, towels or cleaning.
Household waste can be disposed of in the bins placed in the kitchens/bathrooms/hallways.
Smoking/ Fire Safety
Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the buildings! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas in the yard. This rule applies to all types of alternative tobacco products.
After using the grill or fire pit, guests are asked to remove the waste and pour water over the embers.
In case of fire, immediately use the fire extinguisher located in the designated area to start extinguishing the flames, and call the fire department at 112. Then notify the host as well.
Services

Parking: Parking is free for guests in the designated area.
WI-FI: Wi-Fi usage is free at the accommodation

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Available upon request: baby cot, high chair
Playground: Use of trampoline, basketball hoop, slide and garden furniture is free. We kindly ask you and your children to use them as intended.
Other
Quiet hours: To ensure the peace of guests and neighbours, noise, music or playing music is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
Lost items: Items left in the room can be kept up to 1 month and if it requested, we can send them to the provided address.
Liability: The accommodation provider is not responsible and no compensation will be provided for:
- damages caused by natural disasters, e.g. hail, lightning
- inconveniences or damages resulting from utility network failures or service interruptions
- any accidents, personal injuries or property damages
The accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse guests who behave disruptively or do not comply with the house rules and to remove them from the property immediately.
