Booking Conditions
We only accept bookings made via email, through our website’s booking system, or through an accommodation intermediary website. Inquiries made by phone or on social media can only be provided with information; they cannot be used to confirm a booking.

The guest is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the website booking system. We cannot accept booking requests that are improperly completed.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. During peak periods (specific dates listed on our website), the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Booking for 1 night is only possible in exceptional cases—based on prior agreement—when “empty days” remain between bookings. In such cases, please contact us via one of our available contact methods.
To confirm a booking, a 50% advance payment of the booking fee is required, to be paid within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email. If the payment is not received by this deadline, the booking will be considered null and void and will be deleted from our system.
The remaining balance of the accommodation fee, after deducting the advance payment, must be paid 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival (e.g., 20 days prior), the full booking fee must be paid to confirm the reservation, also within 3 days of receiving the confirmation.
Payment of the booking fee can be made via bank transfer. Please include the name of the person making the booking and the booking dates in the transfer reference.
After we receive written acceptance of our quote and/or the booking fee within the deadline, we will send an email confirming your reservation. The booking becomes guaranteed only after our written confirmation.
Cancellation policy
The guest is obliged to inform the apartment in writing of any potential cancellation, modification, or other changes to the booking before the start of the service.
1. Cancellation
The following conditions apply to bookings made through napsugarujudvar.hu!
Bookings can be freely cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival require 100% of the accommodation fee to be paid.

Cancellation policies for bookings made through other platforms (e.g., booking.com, szallas.hu, szallasvadasz.hu) are subject to the terms of those sites.
Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund of the accommodation fee.
Refunds will be processed by the apartment within 10 days from the date of cancellation to the bank account provided by the guest.
2. Date change
The guest may change the booking date once, up to 25 days before arrival, subject to availability. The already paid booking fee will be credited toward the new date. The paid booking fee must be used within 6 months from the date of the modification request.
If the guest does not cancel in writing but fails to arrive on the scheduled day, the booking fee will be retained by the apartment without any service being provided.

3. Change in number of Guests
If there is a change in the number of guests compared to the booking (more or fewer people), please notify us in writing as soon as possible so that the apartment can be properly prepared. (Our base rates remain unchanged, so the booking fee for two guests cannot be adjusted if the guest arrives alone for any reason.)
If fewer guests arrive than indicated in the booking and this is not notified in advance, the guest is obliged to pay the full confirmed amount for the original number of booked guests.
If more guests arrive than indicated in the booking, the fee will be adjusted according to the actual number of guests. Payment can be made via bank transfer if possible, or in cash on-site if not.
Check-in and Check-out times
The apartment can be occupied from 15:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance using one of the provided contact options. Check-out is by 10:00. Early arrival or late departure is possible depending on the apartment’s availability and must be arranged in advance.
